Digital Delivery Terms

1. Digital Product Delivery

All Quantum Quality Systems products are delivered as digital downloads only. We do not ship physical products. By purchasing digital products, you agree to these Digital Delivery Terms, which are incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service.

Customer Responsibilities:

We disclaim all liability for incompatibility with customer systems, inability to access specific file formats, or inability to open security-protected files due to customer technical limitations.

3.3 File Specifications

4. Customer Obligations and Restrictions

5.3 Redelivery Policy

  • Within 30 days: We may provide redelivery assistance for legitimate technical failures
  • After 30 days: Redelivery is at our sole discretion and may require repurchase
  • Lost access: Customer responsibility to maintain downloaded files

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for all delivery-related claims shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected digital product.
